Kelly Rowland has move the promotion bag wagon to Canada to get a lil buzz for her album Ms Kelly. I just hope it isnà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢t being pushed back yet again. Its about time Kelly gets her lil shine.
