Singer Alicia Keys attended the 54th ONDA Awards ceremony in Barcelona, Spain on December 4. The singer also received The Jury Ondas Award during the ceremony. I am a huge fan of A Keys but that outfit is so wrong in so many ways. It would have looked so much better as a dress.
