Remy Ma Getting Sued for 10 Million

Makeda Barnes-Joseph former friend of Remy Ma is suing the rapper for allegedly shooting her outside a New York nightclub. In a civil lawsuit filed in New York on Friday, Remy Ma - real name Remy Smith - is accused of â€œwilfully, wantonly and maliciouslyâ€ shooting Makeda Barnes-Joseph.The suit also names Universal Music Group and Sure Shot Recordings as defendants, accusing the firms of encouraging Remy Ma to behave violently to promote her image.

The twenty-six year old former First Lady of the Terror Squad is currently awaiting trial on charges of assault, criminal possession of a weapon, gang assault and witness intimidation in relation to the shooting of Makeda outside a New York nightclub in July 2007. Makeda is now taking Remy Ma to court with a $10 Million lawsuit. Hell Remy ma doesnâ€™t even have a mill how the hell will she survive if and when she loses this case.
