Majority of times it is a relative that molests a child or at least someone they know. Only 1% of reported cases have a stranger molesting a child. I have been hearing the same thing for a long time about Stokes and now finally someone steps up and make it be known that all these rumors are indeed true. its sad that a man in his position abuse his power like that , if he is able to do something like that to a cousin a family member . what is he capable of doing to a complete stranger?
