If you’re dating a girl who’s kind of regular, you hear, ‘Why are you dating her?’ I don’t get caught up in it. I’m more concerned with my happiness. Sorry i liked john when he first came out with Kanye but know I just can’t stand his ass, and I aint hating on him because he dates hot chicks, that’s would drop his ass if he got broke tomorrow.

WOW, why does the women he have to date be black, white, hispanic, or anything. Thats ignorance if you feel that way. He should be dating whoever makes him happy regardless about the color. Why does it always have to be racial, are you black, is that why you feel it condemning that he is dating someone light skinned. Is it because he is a black Icon that he should have to stick to that old country ass ignorance of staying within ones race, to all of you that said at least she aint white, he should be dating a black girl, come on now ladies have some damn respect for yourself as well as others. Its 2008!! now people!
I was reading these comments and wasn’t going to respond but i was so disgusted with the rascist views of the narrow minded fools that i felt compelled to do so. Until we start putting someones character before colour we will NEVER acheive true happiness.. colour is irrelevant and is only a shade.. and as black people, hispanic or whatever we need to stop playing race cards and refer to the past.. its done and dusted now, so letes stop all this bitterness and leave people to find their own way, whomever they chose to be with. All i hope is that Mr Legend is happy, thats all, life is is too short to limit yourselves.
