The “Umbrella†singer Rihanna recently got real about the dark side of being world famous. And she revealed that her success has led to a newfound loneliness. She confessed, “Fame is lonely. At first, I was on an adrenaline high - this is my dream. I’m actually doing it; it didn’t faze me that I was alone, that I wasn’t with the people I love. But after a while it gets repetitive and that is when you think, ‘Oh wow, I am sitting in a hotel room once again, just me and the television.’â€
Rihanna quickly realized that success is only surface deep. “When you are in the spotlight, people are like, ‘What do you have to worry about?’ They forget that the success is one great aspect of your life, but behind that there are problems, there are dark sides, there is loneliness and unhappiness.â€
And she’s learned to watch her back. “In this business, people are shallow, they are dishonest. You can’t trust them. I have always had a thing for reading people. When I come into contact with a situation or a person, the first thing I do is just sit quiet for a little while. I sit and watch you. It really helps me to understand how to play the game, and sometimes you have to play it. It is a game that really sucks.â€

i know it’s okay rihanna…sometimes i feel the same way but im not in the music industy so it’s not as hard as it seem for you.i concenter it being much easier for me then you. it might take a while but you will get over it sooner then you thought

i seriousley thought that rihanna is one of those un mature ppl in hollywood cause i heard that she parties alot and she will b sleeping with alot of celebrities………
but reading that u can see how mature she is she is a succseeful person and she still 19 years old there is a long roda 4 her in da future and she can clearly knw who is are the bad ppl and who not 2 trust!!!! alot of celebrities dont see that but m really impresed by rihanna!!!!!

i know she parties a lot but never heard that she sleeps around. she doesn’t act like a 19 year old she seems a lot grown than that.
