It’s been a while since we have seen Ciara, yes we know she is working hard in the studio on a third album. Anyhoo Cici was seen Outside Crustacean, damn I am tryna not say anything bad cause I am a fan of cici, but on the real she looks a lil bit rock hard in this dress.
