Actress Queen Latifah and other cast members recieved the Favorite Movie Drama (Independent Movie) award for “The Secret Life of Bees” during the 35th Annual People’s Choice Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on January 7, 2009 in Los Angeles, California. I am so glad that they have won a award, thought the movie was one of the best movies for 2008. Did any of you guys watch The Secret Life of Bees?
Singer Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown also accepted the Combined Forces award during the 35th Annual People’s Choice Awards. Chris Brown did his acceptance speech via satellite link while in dublin for a concert.

the movie was amazing i loved it thee best movie of 2008 all the actresses and actors did a great job. Dakota.f can really act plus she’s really young go on girl. and the guy who played “zack” is hott. all the musicians did their thanggg in the movie 10/10.

love the movie too, i couldn’t wait to watch it, i am defiantly going to get this one on DVD. I hope we will be seeing a lot more black movies this year.
