Rapper of the year Lil’ Wayne performed at The Blacks’ Annual Gala benefit at The Consequences Program and Bay Point School on Saturday night in Miami, FL. The event was held at the Eden Roc hotel in Miami Beach and also featured a performance from legendary R&B singer Patti Labelle.
