He hasn’t been photographed with his wife Tameka Foster since October, but Usher isn’t being so shy about his new lady friend.

The singer/actor/fragrance designer stepped out with the mystery woman in Malibu on June 2, stopping into several stores in the Country Mart.

On June 5, the pair was spotted again on their way into an L.A.-area hotel.

Usher and Tameka, who have two children together, originally planned to marry in a lavish ceremony in the Hamptons.

Dozens of A-list show business names were on the guest list.

But Usher became the proverbial runaway groom and cancelled at the last minute.

Six days later, on August 3, 2007 he and Tameka finally became husband and wife in a quiet civil ceremony.

The pair was back in the news this past February when Tameka reportedly almost died following a plastic surgery procedure gone wrong in Brazil.

Usher flew to her side and brought her back to the U.S. but neither ever discussed the event or the state of their marriage.

There have been rumors in recent months that the marriage was over but nothing indicating Usher was moving on…..until now.

When asked about her client’s marriage, the singer’s spokeswoman Simone Smalls told RadarOnline.com, “I do not comment on my client’s personal life.”
