Beyonce pregnant! the debate has been sparked back up again by a report in Us Weekly, citing sources saying the pop queen and her hip-hop mogul husband Jay-Z are expecting.
According to the source, the 29-year-old singer is pregnant with her first child and no one was more surprised than Beyonce herself. “B was shocked,” the source is quoted as saying. “She loves kids, but she wasn’t ready to be a mother just yet. She really wanted to get her album done and tour the world again.” Another insider says that the singer is in her first trimester, and realizes that “this is a gift from God and she’s so happy.”
Adding legitimacy to the reports are quotes from Beyonce’s sister Solange, who say’s Beyonce has “the most beautiful heart, she’ll be a great mom,” and record executive Kevin Liles, who has known Jay-Z for years and is quoted as saying, “Jay has been all about family since I met him, and he’s always going to be, I wish them the best.”
