The owner of a private island off Big Pine Key did little Friday to dispel widespread rumors that rap mogul and entrepreneur Jay-Z bought the 12.5-acre property as a birthday gift for his wife, R&B and pop star Beyonce Knowles.

Asked Friday whether Jay-Z purchased the island for Knowles, who turned 29 on Sept. 4, Ideal Investments Inc. owner Mike Miller offered up nothing outside the fact that he — Miller — does own the property.

Beyonce was spotted club hopping in Chelsea with her husband Jay-z   and a new “Brooklyn” tattoo.   i am not too sure if   this is a real or fake tattoo,   its weird she would be repping Jay-z’s “Brooklyn” harder than her hometown of Houston, if i had to bet on it, i would say it is fake, it looks like something she doodled herself.

Beyonce Knowles carter opened a Cosmetology School in Brooklyn, The Center offers a 7 month training course at Brooklyn’s Phoenix House for women struggling with substance abuse. During the interview, she was asked yet again about when she will start having kids, plus saying that she doesn’t normally ware her $5 Million Wedding Ring during interviews .
