Serena Williams is featured in the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar Magazine. Inside, she spoke about her new hair cut, and her recent break up with Actor/Rapper Common. Check out a few excerpts:

Serena on being compared to Venus
“I was 23 when I realized that I wasn’t Venus. She’s totally different,” she explains. “I’m super-curvy. I have big boobs and this massive butt. She’s tall and she’s like a model and she fits everything. I was growing up, wanting to be her, wanting to look like her, and I was always fitting in her clothes, but then one day I couldn’t.” She pauses. “But it’s fine. Just Wright is an upcoming romantic sports comedy starring Common and Queen Latifah that tells the story of a physical therapist who falls in love with a pro basketball player Common Scott McKnight. All is going well until Leslie finds herself falling for Scott. However, things get complicated because Scott is drawn to Morgan (Paula Patton), the gorgeous best friend of Leslie who has her sight set on being an NBA trophy wife.

The 2008 Rock The bell kicked off at the Nikon at Jones Beach Theater on July 19, 2009 in Wantagh, New York. The Concert saw Man old school rappers including Big Boi Outkast, nas, Rapper Method Man, Rza of the Wu-Tang Clan, Common, Talib Kweli and even reggae artist Damian Marley perform at the event.
