last month it was reported that Nas and wife were expecting there first child together. Now the rapper has disclosed on his blog that him and wife Kelis are expecting a baby boy. this is what he had to say

“Yoooo! I’m back! I aint ever done this sh** before, but I got ya’ll, this will change in 2009. 2009 is the year of change. We have a black President, and what he has accomplished gives me hope for the future of our f****d up country.
Personally, life is good. I’m sure that y’all heard K is expecting. The internet seems to be more excited than I am. It’s crazy! A source tells the newest issue of Us Weekly, on stands now, that singer Kelis, 29, and her husband, rapper Nas, 35, are expecting their first child together.
“It’s all they are talking about. She is carrying hip-hop royalty!” says the insider, who adds Kelis — currently in her first trimester — already has a little bump. “They are so excited.” A rep for the singer had no comment. Kelis pregnant best news we could here for the new years. if she aint making music might as well make a baby.

I am glad to see Mr and Mrs Jones haven’t gone to splitsville as was rumor by many sources.
